Let's Keep the Momentum Building!

Glenda Wolin, VP Voter Services | Published on 3/6/2026

You can extend that momentum by voting in the May 26 primary runoffs, when the
top two candidates in races where no one received more than 50% of votes face off to become their party’s candidates in the November General Election. Our online VOTE411.org and our website’s pdf of the Votes Guide will be adjusted to reflect only those races.

Here are the important dates related to that election:
Last day to register to vote: April 27
Last day for Elections Department to receive mail ballot application: May 15
Early Voting: May 18-22
Last day for Elections Department to receive mail ballot: 7 pm May 26, if carrier
envelope is not postmarked; OR 5 pm May 27 if carrier envelope is postmarked locally
by 7 pm March 3.

More information will be available closer to the election.
