Help Prepare Voters Guide for November Election

Diane Simpson, VP Program & Advocacy | Published on 5/28/2026

Voter Services plays a vital role in helping voters access reliable, nonpartisan election information. Volunteers work together to prepare candidate questions, coordinate candidate outreach, assist with voters guide distribution, and support the League’s voter education platform, Vote411. We are also looking for volunteers to serve as English and Spanish proofreaders to help ensure our materials are accurate, accessible, and inclusive for all voters.

Whether you have experience in writing, organizing, outreach, language support, or simply want to contribute your time and talents, there is a place for you on the team. Volunteers can participate in a variety of ways and collaborate with others who share a commitment to strengthening democracy through informed voting.

To kick off preparations for the election season, we will host a virtual Voter Services meeting on June 24 at 5:30 PM. During this meeting, participants will learn more about the work ahead and begin forming teams focused on candidate questions, candidate outreach, distribution efforts, Vote411, and proofreading support.

Join us as we prepare for an important election season and help empower voters in our community. Together, we can make a meaningful impact. To volunteer or to learn more, please contact voterservices@lwvsa.org .
